Separation of Triazole Acetic acid and 1,2,4-Triazole on Zodiac HST OG Column

Triazole acetic acid and 1,2,4-triazole were effectively separated on the Zodiac HST OG column (4.6 × 150 mm, 5 μm) using a mobile phase of acetonitrile and water (25:75, v/v) with 0.1% trifluoroacetic acid (TFA). The acidic modifier enhanced retention and resolution of these polar analytes. The separation was carried out at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and monitored by UV detection at 200 nm, providing sharp peaks and high sensitivity for analytical applications.
