The method provides baseline resolution for all five analytes within a 6-minute run time, showcasing the column’s high selectivity and efficiency for polar aromatic compounds. Detection was performed using UV at 210 nm, suitable for sulfonamide functional groups. This method is ideal for quality control or impurity profiling in pharmaceutical or environmental samples.
