Separation Biguanides such as Moroxydine, Metformin, Proguanil and Phenformin on Zodiac HST OG Column

Biguanides, including Moroxydine, Metformin, Proguanil, and Phenformin, are organic compounds with two guanidine groups, exhibiting antiviral, antidiabetic, and antimalarial properties.

• Moroxydine: Antiviral for influenza.

• Metformin: Widely used for type 2 diabetes.

• Proguanil: Antimalarial, often combined with atovaquone.
