These chromatography vials are designed and engineered for trouble-free operation in most autosamplers, to give optimum performance with HPLC and LC/MS applications. These snap top vials that are nearly contaminant free, you can reduce the risk significantly by using vial products made specifically for these applications.

These vials have a unique design that allows you to snap on the caps.

Snap Cap

Zodiac provides high quality Snap caps (Pro Clean) Compatible with 12x32mm snap cap vials. This kind of caps eliminate the need of tools like crimpers or de-cappers. Even with volatile samples, Snap cap minimizes evaporation by the secure seal. These can be applied and removed by hand easily.

Septa Vials

Pro Clean septa offers Low bleed, Excellent resealability, Resists coring, High puncture tolerance. These are available in a range of materials including silicone rubber, PTFE, and butyl rubber. These septa ensure a good resealability even after repeated punctures. PTFE/Silicone septa are ideal for most HPLC and GC applications where resealability and purity are critical.

Pre-Slit Septa

Pre-slit PTFE/Silicone septa reduce the possibility of coring and are used to prevent a vacuum forming inside the vial. A Slit through the center of the septum is provided for easier needle penetration.
