HPLC Separation of Ethanolamines Using Zodiac HST OG Column
HomeHPLC Separation of Ethanolamines Using Zodiac HST OG Column
Description
This HPLC method uses a Zodiac HST OG column to separate monoethanolamine, diethanolamine, and triethanolamine based on hydrophobic and ion-exchange interactions. The separation is performed with a mobile phase of 95% acetonitrile containing 0.1% trifluoroacetic acid (TFA), at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, with detection by evaporative light scattering (ELSD). This method enables clear resolution of ethanolamines within 10 minutes, making it suitable for chemical, pharmaceutical, and industrial applications.
