HPLC Separation of Amino Acids on Zodiac HST TH Column

Closely related compounds, such as amino acids, can be effectively separated on the Zodiac HST TH mixed-mode column using various buffer systems. The degree of separation can be tuned by selecting appropriate buffers, allowing flexibility based on application needs—especially when low organic content in the mobile phase is preferred. The method uses UV detection at 250 nm.
