HPLC Separation and Retention of Vitamins in Mixed-Mode on Zodiac HST B2

Zodiac HST B2 columns enable the separation of Vitamins C (ascorbic acid) and B2 (riboflavin) with adjustable selectivity. Peak order can be reversed by modifying the acetonitrile concentration, with Vitamin B2 being particularly sensitive to these changes. The method uses a mobile phase of water, acetonitrile (MeCN), and trifluoroacetic acid (TFA) or acetic acid (HOAc) with UV detection at 250 nm.
