HPLC Retention of Terbufos on Zodiac HST TH Mixed-Mode Column

Terbufos is a highly toxic organophosphate insecticide and nematicide. The Zodiac HST TH column is employed to retain terbufos and achieve effective separation from impurities. This column integrates embedded ionic and hydrophobic groups in the stationary phase, allowing fine-tuning of separation conditions. The method is LC/MS compatible and can be applied broadly for the analysis of terbufos, other organophosphate insecticides, and numerous additional pesticides.
