HPLC Method for Nebivolol Analysis in Bystolic Tablet Dosage Form on Zodiac HST-SB Column

Nebivolol, a medication used to treat high blood pressure, can be effectively retained in HPLC using the Zodiac HST SB reverse-phase (RP) mixed-mode column, which features embedded strong basic ion-pairing groups. The separation is achieved using an isocratic method with a simple mobile phase of water, acetonitrile (MeCN, ACN), and sulfuric acid (H₂SO₄) buffer. Detection is performed by UV at 285 nm.
