HPLC Method for Determination of Gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), Vigabatrin, Phenibut, Pregabalin, Baclofen on Zodiac HST OG Column

The method employs an isocratic mobile phase consisting of water, acetonitrile (MeCN/ACN), and ammonium formate (AmFm) buffer. This setup allows for robust and reliable separation of all gabapentinoids.
