Dexketoprofen is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) belonging to the propionic acid class. It represents the active enantiomer of ketoprofen, meaning it is the biologically active mirror-image form of the molecule. Dexketoprofen exhibits analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and antipyretic properties.
