HPLC Method for Analysis of Creatine and Creatinine on Zodiac HST- OG Column

Creatine is a naturally occurring compound found in muscles, where it plays a critical role in the production of energy during high-intensity exercise. Creatinine, a breakdown product of creatine, is a waste compound that is filtered by the kidneys and excreted through urine.
