Description
Bystolic (Nebivolol), a beta-blocker used to treat high blood pressure, can be effectively analyzed using the Zodiac HST OG2 reverse-phase HPLC column. The column features embedded acidic ionizable groups, enabling strong retention and selectivity for Nebivolol under gradient conditions. The method uses a mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile (MeCN) and phosphoric acid (H₃PO₄) in a gradient profile, providing optimal separation. Detection is performed using UV at 270 nm, ensuring high sensitivity. A 50 µL injection volume is used for analysis. This method is robust, scalable, and suitable for routine quality control and analytical research of beta-blocker compounds.
