HPLC Method for Analysis of Berberine on Zodiac HST B Column

Berberine is a naturally occurring alkaloid found in the roots, rhizomes, and stem bark of plants such as Berberis (barberry), Coptis chinensis (goldthread), and Hydrastis canadensis (goldenseal).
