The method utilizes an isocratic mobile phase composed of 60% acetonitrile (MeCN) and 40% water, buffered with 0.1% phosphoric acid (H₃PO₄). This setup ensures strong retention and excellent peak shape for this basic compound. The analysis is performed at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, with detection via UV at 200 nm.
