HPLC Determination of DO3A on Zodiac HST- OG2 Column

Description

DO3A, a macrocyclic ligand commonly used in MRI contrast agents, can be effectively retained and analyzed using the Zodiac HST OG2 mixed-mode column (4.6 × 150 mm, 5 µm, 100 Å). The method employs an isocratic mobile phase of 30% acetonitrile (MeCN) and 70% water, buffered with 0.02% sulfuric acid (H₂SO₄). Detection is carried out at 200 nm using UV absorbance, providing clear retention and resolution under robust analytical conditions.
