HPLC Determination of Atropine on Zodiac HST- OG2 Column

Home HPLC Determination of Atropine on Zodiac HST- OG2 Column

Description

Atrolactic acid, a phenyl-substituted carboxylic acid, can be efficiently analyzed using the Zodiac HST OG2 mixed-mode column. This column offers excellent retention and separation of polar and acidic compounds. The analysis is performed under isocratic conditions with a mobile phase of 20% acetonitrile (MeCN) and 80% water, using 0.1% sulfuric acid (H₂SO₄) as the buffer. The flow rate is set at 1.0 mL/min, and detection is carried out using UV at 200 nm. The Zodiac HST OG2 column ensures high-resolution separation with sharp peak shapes under robust, MS-compatible conditions.
