Dopamine Loading Study Using Zodiac HST OG Column

This application demonstrates the loading capacity study of Dopamine on the Zodiac HST OG mixed-mode HPLC column. The chromatogram shows peak shapes and retention performance at increasing sample loads (from 5 µg to 200 µg) under isocratic conditions.

The mobile phase consists of 10% acetonitrile (MeCN) with 0.1% trifluoroacetic acid (TFA), and detection is performed at UV 260 nm, where dopamine absorbs strongly.

The study confirms that the Zodiac HST OG column maintains excellent peak shape and resolution even at high sample loads, making it suitable for preparative purification, quantitative assays, and mass spectrometry workflows.
