Determination Omeprazole on Zodiac HST TH Column

Description

Omeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor that effectively reduces stomach acid production and exhibits bactericidal activity against Helicobacter pylori.

Using the Zodiac HST TH mixed-mode stationary phase column, which incorporates both hydrophobic and ion-exchange interactions, omeprazole can be efficiently retained and separated. The analysis is performed isocratically with a simple, MS-compatible mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile (ACN), water, and ammonium acetate (AmAc) buffer. Detection is achieved using UV at 300 nm.
