Analysis of p-Phenylenediamine on Zodiac HST OG Column

N,N-Bis(2-hydroxyethyl)-p-phenylenediamine (often abbreviated as N,N-Bis(2-hydroxyethyl)-PPD) is a p-phenylenediamine (PPD) derivative commonly used in hair dye formulations.

It can be retained and analyzed using a Zodiac HST OG mixed-mode column with an isocratic method (water, MeCN, sulfuric acid buffer) and UV detection at 210 nm.
