Analysis of Methotrexate on Zodiac HST OG Column

Methotrexate is a chemotherapy agent and immune suppressant, classified as an antimetabolite and antifolate drug. It inhibits dihydrofolate reductase (DHFR), disrupting folate metabolism and interfering with DNA & RNA synthesis.
