Analysis of Ketamine Form on Zodiac HST OG Column

Ketamine can be retained and analyzed using a Zodiac HST OG mixed-mode stationary phase column with an isocratic mobile phase consisting of water, acetonitrile (MeCN), and sulfuric acid as a buffer. Detection is performed using UV at 197 nm.
