Description
Azor, a combination drug used for treating hypertension, was analyzed using a Zodiac HST OG2 mixed-mode column (3.2 × 100 mm, 5 µm, 100 Å). The method utilizes a gradient mobile phase of acetonitrile (MeCN) from 30% to 65% with phosphoric acid (H₃PO₄) buffer gradient from 0.05% to 0.3% over 5 minutes, followed by a 4-minute hold. The flow rate was set to 0.5 mL/min and detection was performed at 270 nm using UV. This method offers good resolution and is suitable for routine pharmaceutical analysis.
