HPLC Determination of Quercetin on on Zodiac HST RP

Quercetin, a flavonoid and phytoestrogen found in fruits, vegetables, and tea, is analyzed using the Zodiac HST RP column. Retention is achieved with a mobile phase of acetonitrile, water, and trifluoroacetic acid buffer. Detection options include UV at 270 nm, mass spectrometry (MS), evaporative light scattering (ELSD), and charged aerosol detection (CAD).
