2ml Screw Top Vials
Zodiac has introduced Ultra finished HPLC vials made out of US Pharmacopeia type I borosilicate glass, with the brand name as Pro Clean. These chromatography vials are designed and engineered for trouble-free operation in most autosamplers, to give optimum performance with HPLC and LC/MS applications. These screw top vials that are nearly contaminant free, you can reduce the risk significantly by using vial products made specifically for these applications.
These vials have a unique thread design that allows you to screw on the caps. This thread is much higher on the top of the vial allowing space between the shoulder of the vial and the bottom of the thread.
Meeting the international standards in regarding quality and are compatible with Waters, Agilent and Shimadzu HPLC systems.

Screw Cap
Zodiac provide high quality screw caps (Pro Clean) for wide opening (9mm) vials. All caps are designed and packed in a clean environment that reduces contamination. High quality screw caps provide the excellent autosampler handling performance.
Septa
Pro Clean septa offers Low bleed, Excellent resealability, Resists coring, High puncture tolerance. These are available in a range of materials including silicone rubber, PTFE, and butyl rubber. These septa ensure a good resealability even after repeated punctures. PTFE/Silicone septa are ideal for most HPLC and GC applications where resealability and purity are critical.
Pre-Slit Septa
To avoid the blockage in the connecting tubing and sample contamination by the unwanted fragments of material produced by seal damage caused due to piercing by the needle during sampling, a choice of Pre-Slit septa could prove a best result in maintaining purity. A Slit through the center of the septum is provided for easier needle penetration.
Pre-slit septa are highly recommended for Shimadzu , Hitachi, and other autosamplers with thin gauge needles.
