Transfer 50 mL of 0.1 M Sodium acetate to 1000 mL volumetric flask. Dilute with 0.1 N acetic acid to volume
and mix to get 1000 mL, adjust the pH 3.4 with dilute NaOH or acetic acid
50% pH 3.4 acetate buffer & 50% Acetonitrile 50
Flow Rate : 1.5 mL/min.
