Description
This HPLC method uses a Zodiac C18(1) column with a 30:70 acetonitrile mobile phase to separate and identify Tramadol HCl and its impurities (Impurity-D, RC-A, N-Oxide, Impurity-C, Impurity-B) at 270 nm. The analysis is performed at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min, with a 20-minute run time and 20 µL injection volume.
