HPLC Separation of Pyridylacetic Acids and Related Derivatives on Zodiac HST- OG2 Column

Description

A mixture of pyridylacetic acids and their derivatives was successfully separated using a Zodiac HST OG2 Column (4.6 × 250 mm, 5 µm). The analysis was performed under gradient conditions with acetonitrile (5–50%) and formic acid (0.02–0.05%) over 25 minutes. The flow rate was maintained at 1.0 mL/min, and compounds were detected using UV at 270 nm. This method offers efficient resolution for structurally related pyridine-based acids.
